The service

The Strategic Workbook Portal provides interactive worksheets and collaboration tools based on Strategic Management for Islamic Organizations by Rafik Issa Beekun. Access may be public, invite-only, or conference-scoped.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you use the portal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account; see the Privacy policy for what deletion covers.

Acceptable use

• Use the portal for learning and organizational planning.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or others' confidential content without permission.
• Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or systems.
• Follow your organization's policies when collaborating.

Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By saving or sharing in an organization workspace, you grant the portal and your org members the limited rights needed to display and collaborate on that content. Curriculum and book materials remain under their existing copyright.

Privacy & data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, including rights under GDPR, applicable US state laws, and Bosnia and Herzegovina's personal-data law. Where required, you confirm you have read that policy when creating an account.

Disclaimers & liability

The portal is provided "as is" for educational use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Worksheet outputs are planning aids, not professional legal, financial, or religious rulings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made using portal outputs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. Courts in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless local law grants you mandatory venue in your home country.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
